    Check your QR code or check-in code from the reservation email or the check-in URL included in the email.

    Check-in is not done at each villa, but at the "Check-In Room (white square building)" near the entrance to the property.
    Enter the property with the entrance gate directly in front of you from the road, and the (white square building) on the right is the Check-In Room.

    When you enter through the check-in room entrance, you'll find an electronic lock on the door to the right. Unlock it to enter the room and access the check-in tablet inside.

    Press the "Electronic lock icon image" button on the electronic lock to display numbers, then tap all the displayed numbers.
    Next, enter the password "1027E" to unlock.

    On the tablet, search for your reservation using the QR code (found in the check-in URL) or check-in code.
    If you don't have your check-in code, you can also search using your reservation number or guest name.

    Once your reservation appears, tap "Check In" to confirm your reservation details.

    Tap "Edit Guest Information" and enter your guest details. If you need to make corrections after entering, you can re-edit using the same "Edit Guest Information" option.

    Once you've finished entering information, press "Input Complete."
    Then press the "Confirm" button, and your "Room Number" will appear on the next page. Take a photo of the displayed "Room Number" and "Room Password" with your smartphone to save them.
  4. 〈 About Check-Out 〉
    Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
    Following the instructions in the information email sent during your stay, select "Check Out" from the guest page and complete the procedure according to the on-screen instructions. Check-out is also contactless.

  • How do I check in and check out?
    Follow the instructions sent before your arrival for contactless check-in and check-out.
    No face-to-face contact with staff is required.
  • Can I use the sauna?
    The sauna is available exclusively for guests. For safety, please follow the sauna usage rules.
    ※ Drying clothes inside the sauna is prohibited.
  • Can I bring pets?
    Pets are not permitted.
  • Can I send ski or snowboard equipment in advance?
    We accept advance shipments.
    Please arrange for your luggage to be sent to "Yamato Transport Furano Branch" for pickup at the branch.
    The branch is close to JANUS villa Furano and convenient for pickup on your way to the slopes. Please pick up your items yourself on the day.

  • Is there space to dry skis or
    snowboards?
    We provide dedicated racks with floor heating. You can dry wet items.
  • Can I use the internet and TV?
    Wi-Fi is available, and internet-enabled TVs offer YouTube, Netflix, U-NEXT, and Prime Video.
    YouTube can be viewed without an account. For other services, please log in with your own account.
  • Is there housekeeping or sheet changes during my stay?
    For stays of 5 nights or more, housekeeping and sheet changes are provided upon request. Service is provided approximately once every 4 days.
    For shorter stays or additional housekeeping, please contact us in advance.
  • What facilities and amenities are available at the villa?
